Sowing Seed
Now is the time to sow your seed. This photograph shows the seeds with the label. As shown below, sow the seeds evenly spaced on the surface of the topping mix. Traditional wisdom is that you must cover the seeds. I never cover the seeds, and I can only tell you that this works for me! You may wish to cover them if you wish.
